After every meal I skipped drinking water since my sub-program was that I would light up a cigarette after completing every meal, and by not drinking water I never completed my meal and by that way I started to control my triggering stimuli after every meal. So you can see that, in order to bring some changes into that particular sub-program I did a conscious effort not to drink water after meal and in turn I was able to control my triggering factor.
